We are leaving behind the deep winter days and moving towards lighter, brighter spring days. Let's enter spring with a strong start that is focused on incorporating positive body movement and healthy habits into our lives.  Come join the Movement Matters community, one that is full of individuals who all want to accomplish the same goal - moving and connecting to their bodies in a positive way!

 All Roads Fitness has created this four-week challenge to support adding positive movement into the month of March. There are various fitness, self-care, and meditation elements to the challenge including: 
  • 30 Minute Full Body Workouts - Scheduled each Monday
  • 40 Minute Full Body Workouts - Scheduled each Wednesday
  • 30 Minute Full Body Workouts - Scheduled each Friday
  • 7 Minute Core Engagement Workouts - Thurs/Thus
  • Daily Healthy Habit Reminders 
  • Guided Meditation Recommendations
  • Access to the exclusive ‘Movement Matters’ Facebook community group
