Abbey is passionate about accessing healthy mental and physical connections to body movement. Her love for physical activity truly began when she was introduced to activities like hiking and sea kayaking. As a guide and outdoor enthusiast, she's learned that physical activity and movement contribute greatly to positive mental health. Her interest to share the joy of movement with others motivated her to become a certified personal trainer through the British Columbia Recreation of Parks Association.
